As the collection of data has monetized on an unprecedented scale, JJ Inc (the Leftover Watch and all other personally representative pronouns) wants you to be aware of how your data is collected and used. We will collect your email to create your individual profile. The Leftover Watch reserves the right to possibly send you emails regarding our interactions with the Colorado Parks and Wildlife. We will also collect your phone number to send SMS text messages in accordance with our Terms of Service. Your phone number will never be used for any other purpose.

We collect no Commercial information, Biometric information, Geolocation, Audio, Visual, Sensory, Professional or Employment Related information, Non-public education information, or Profiles and Inferences about you. No Identifiers other than your email will be collected. No Customer Records other than your telephone number will be collected. The only Usage Data we may collect are what is collected by Google Analytics on our website. No information we collect will be used outside of normal operating procedures.

UNDERSTAND THAT THE LEFTOVER WATCH AND ALL SERVICES ARE HOUSED ON SERVERS IN THE UNITED STATES WHICH MAY NOT OFFER THE SAME LEVEL OF PRIVACY PROTECTION AS OTHER COUNTRIES. BY USING OUR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO HAVE YOUR INFORMATION STORED, AND TRANFERRED WITHIN THE UNITED STATES.

The Leftover Watch relies solely on Apple and Google as defined in our Terms of Service to collect all payment information. The Leftover Watch is not responsible for either Google or Apple in their collection of your payment information.

SUBSCRIPTION PROFILE, LOGIN

When you purchase a subscription, you will be asked to provide email and Password provided by you. If you register your subscription using Social Media credentials, we will collect those credentials to log into the third-party application.

LOCATION INFORMATION

Your location information will not be collected by the Leftover Watch

PRODUCT INFORMATION REQUEST

Please provide your email address with any questions regarding our products and we will answer them directly whether you have purchased a subscription or not.

AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED INFORMATION

We reserve the right to use Google Analytics or other third party analytics providers to collect this information about the Service. This collection may include, but is not limited to: your IP address, browser type and language, device type, referring/exit pages and URLs, other browser history, platform type, number of clicks, landing pages, cookie information, the pages you requested and viewed, the amount of time spent on particular pages and the date and time of each request you make. We may collect this non-identifying information in order to better understand our users and do not share the information outside of our internal management.

COMMUNICATIONS

As outlined by your Subscription Profile, your email will be collected for possible communication regarding our interactions with the Colorado Parks and Wildlife. Your phone number will also be collected to send SMS text notifications regarding the availability of a Hunt Codes quota on the Colorado Parks and Wildlife’s Leftover List.

WEB BEACONS

Are small, invisible graphics used to track customer internet movement to and from our website and may be used by Third Party analytics such as Google Analytics.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

While we use the information from Google Analytics to track information off the website, your email information will only be used to track your subscription profile and to send information regarding the Colorado Parks and Wildlife. Your phone number will only ever be used to send SMS tex notifications. All information will be stored on servers in the United States.

INFORMATION DISCLOSURE

There will never be a time that we disclose your information outside of requirements by applicable law. In the event that we sell to a different company, your information will be sold to maintain services. You will be informed of said merger prior and given the chance to accept their Privacy Policy and Terms of Agreement.

DISCLAIMER- Given the state of the world, we cannot guarantee that all of your Personal information will never be disclosed in ways that may not have been covered in this Privacy Policy as no internet transmission can be 100% safe.

Take solace in the fact that we take great care in our transmission of data within our company and only transmit Private Information when absolutely necessary. All payments are handled by Apple and Google.
